2. A clear post title will attract more views to your thread.
3. When requesting help, include as many details as you can.  Attach screen shots (or other files) if you think it might be useful.
4. If your question is resolved (which is hopefully always the case!), it's helpful to other users for you to label which procedure worked for you by quoting or clearly referring to it.
